Douceur Cosmetics
A mobile-first landing page for a natural cosmetics brand, featuring a shopping cart.
- React
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
Context
Douceur Cosmetics is a published landing page for a natural cosmetics brand. The project was designed around a clear mobile shopping experience, from introducing the value proposition to selecting products in the cart.
Goal
Build a mobile-first interface with a considered visual identity, straightforward navigation and an intuitive shopping cart, without sacrificing performance or accessibility.
Implementation decisions
- React structures the interactive experience and shopping cart state.
- TypeScript provides explicit contracts for data and components.
- Tailwind CSS supports a responsive interface with a consistent visual scale.
This summary does not claim business metrics or client constraints that are not publicly documented.
Outcome
The reported mobile measurement for the published version was 100 for performance, 91 for accessibility, 100 for best practices and 92 for SEO. These scores represent a technical snapshot and may vary between runs.
What I would do differently
I would document measurement conditions and project goals from the start, with comparable before-and-after evidence. That would make it possible to explain the impact more precisely than a single Lighthouse snapshot.
